Please ensure that you include any additional fees charged by your bank in your payment, such that Taiwan Society of Ultrasound in Medicine receives the full amount (USD 850 or USD 900) .

(2) Paypal:
The link for paypal will be provided by the secretary through the email. The transaction fee will be included. 

(3) Credit Card Cardholder Authorization:
The secretary will forward a credit card cardholder authorization form to you after successful registration. You can fill it and send back to the secretary of Taiwan Society of Ultrasound in Medicine. 

*Cancellation 
You may cancel your booking up to 28 days before Oct. 31 2023 by emailing us at "sophysumroc@gmail.com" providing details if your course booking and notifying us of your cancellation, in which case we will make a full refund of the course fees, deducting a 150 USD of the administration fee. After this point, if you cancel or are unable to attend a course for any reason (including travel disruption, illness, or any other reasons outside of your control), no refunds will be issued.
